Providence Kids
Grades 1-5

Formerly called Parish School of Religion (PSR).

Kick off the new school year with Providence Kids, our children’s faith formation program for grades 1–5! Starting this fall, we gather every Sunday evening from 6:00-7:15pm at our St. Vivian campus to grow in friendship with Jesus through Bible stories, music, crafts, and fun-filled activities designed just for kids. Whether you’re new or returning, we can’t wait to welcome your child into a community where they’ll discover big faith for little hearts.

We teach the tenets, truths, and traditions of our Catholic faith to the children of our community. The classes serve as our religious education to inform and explain what we believe and give children a solid foundation. We create a faith-filled fun environment for children to learn and explore their Catholic faith while building community and lasting friendships. Our goal is to partner with parents, the primary educators of the faith, to make a great experience for our children.

First session: September 28, 2025 at 6:00pm (Parent meeting starts at 6:15pm)

2025 Vacation Bible School (VBS)

June 23-27
9 am-Noon
St. Bartholomew Campus

Join us for a fun wilderness hike through the Sacraments with songs, games, crafts, and more!

  • Download the registration form and return to any OLODP parish office with your payment by June 1, 2025.

  • We need many volunteers to make VBS successful. All adults must be SafeParish compliant. Download the volunteer registration form and return to any OLODP parish office by May 20, 2025.

    • Training Session is Thursday, June 19 from 7-8:30 pm

    • Set-up is Sunday, June 22 beginning at noon.

    • Volunteers report at 8:30am each day of VBS and we end at noon.

    • Tear-down is on Friday, June 27 starting at noon

  • We need many volunteers to make VBS successful. Download the volunteer registration form and return to any OLODP parish office by May 20, 2025. Your parent/guardian should complete the release form.

    • Training Session is Thursday, June 19 from 7-8:30 pm
