What Does a Night at Providence Kids Look Like?
Providence Kids is an engaging and hands on way for children to grow in their understanding of the Catholic Church and have meaningful encounters with Christ; giving children a solid foundation in the faith.
Kids will grow in discipleship and relationship with Jesus through Bible stories, music, crafts, and fun faith-filled activities designed just for them!
Our program is open to children from all educational backgrounds; public school, homeschool, and Catholic school students will all benefit from the education and community they will encounter at Providence Kids!
For public school and homeschool students, Sophia Institute’s Spirit of Truth religious curriculum will also be provided. The workbooks will be sent home with the children, and parents will receive a weekly lesson plan as well as additional resources to guide your child through the lessons.
Our goal is to partner with parents, the primary educators of the faith, and to act as a resource so that families are able to bring liturgical living into the home and day to day life.
Parents are invited to stay and attend our Sanctuary series, featuring discussions and presentations by Father Henry as well as other staff members and guest speakers on varying topics about the faith. This takes place from 6:00 – 7:15 PM in the St. Vivian Gather Rooms. Click the link for more details: Adult Ministry — Our Lady of Divine Providence
We are helping families live the Catholic faith with joy.
