The offices were officially consolidated in September 2025. As discussed in Fr. Henry’s bulletin columns, the formation of a centralized Family of Parishes Office enables us to use better business practices to run the business side of the church to make our stewardship more transparent and responsible. Eventually, we will have all the staff in one office, but there is no workable location for that currently. You can find more information on this change in Fr. Henry’s bulletin columns, which are duplicated on the Pastor’s Blog.

No parishes are closing at this time. No decisions have been made as to which campus(es) will become the hub for our Family of Parishes.
The announcement made at St. Vivian Parish that parishes would be closing was due to a misreading of the announcement.

Office closures does not affect the current Mass schedules at any of the parishes.
The recent change to the Assumption Sunday Mass was initiated by the parish and finance councils at Assumption to allow the priests and Scot Buzza to serve our family of parishes more effectively. Fr. Henry thanks them for this step forward along the journey of transformation that we will be walking together!

All parish office emails will continue to be monitored as usual. Inquiries to these emails will be automatically forwarded to Julie Schmetzer, the Secretary for our Family of Parishes Office. You are also welcome to contact her directly.

Starting September 1, 2025, Mass Intentions for our Family of Parishes will be scheduled by Alicia Bourbeau, Executive Assistant to the Director of Liturgy & Worship. We will be creating an online form to request an intention soon. In the meantime, please contact Alicia via email or at 513-522-3680.
The standard offering for Mass Intentions is accepted by cash or check (made out to your parish). Your payment can be made in-person or via mail to the Family of Parishes Office at the St. Vivian Campus (7600 Winton Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45224). You can also drop your offering in the weekly collection basket in a clearly marked envelope.

Starting September 2025, we will be utilizing an online form for all facility use requests for our Family of Parishes. Click here to reserve a space. Note the new timelines for requesting events:
Events requiring liability insurance (all rentals) must be made one month in advance of the requested date.
Parish ministry requests must be made two weeks in advance of the requested date.
KEYS & BUILDING ACCESS
Any associated keys needed will be available for pickup at the Family of Parishes Office at the St. Vivian campus (7600 Winton Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45224). The exception is St. Bernard Campus, which will continue to be unlocked by a staff member.FEES
Any rental fees are accepted by cash or check (made out to your parish). Your payment can be made in-person or via mail to the Family of Parishes Office at the St. Vivian Campus. You can also drop any rental fees in the weekly collection basket in a clearly marked envelope. -
Our parishes will continue to accept bulletin requests to their respective emails as they have been.
Beginning in October 2025, our Family of Parishes will be moving to a unified, family bulletin. Information for how to submit requests for bulletin announcements in the Family bulletin will be forthcoming. Questions can be directed to Danielle Meineke, Director of Communications.

Finances for our parishes are still separate. Your Sunday contribution will continue to benefit your parish.
