St. Bartholomew Holy Trinity Memorial Garden

Started by parishioner, Ray Rom, The Holy Trinity Memorial Garden is a visible way to commemorate a deceased loved one. Each donation to the Holy Trinity Memorial Garden is commemorated with a paver that bears the name of a beloved family member or friend who has died.

Cost: $35 per paver

Payment accepted by cash or check (made out to “St. Bartholomew Church”, memo line “Memorial Garden”

As you complete the form, please remember the following:

  • “In Memory of” will always be the first line.

  • Up to 3 following lines may be used, 13 characters per line, including spaces and punctuation.

  • All text will automatically be centered.

  • Submit a separate form for each paver.

  • Double-check spelling and/or dates before submitting.

Turnaround Time

Order forms will be processed in the order they are received. Our engraver requires a minimum of 5 pavers to be processed at a time. Depending on order volume, there could be considerable wait time between your submission and the placement of the paver.
